Archdiocesan clergy personnel announcements for November 2021
Cardinal Joseph W. Tobin, C.Ss.R., announced the following appointments:
Pastor
Reverend Kevin M. Kilgore has been appointed pastor of Saint Pius X Parish, Old Tappan, effective November 15, 2021, and ending on July 1, 2028.
Reverend Dominick J. Lenoci has been appointed pastor of Saint Catharine Parish, Glen Rock, effective January 1, 2022, and ending on June 30, 2029.
Other
Reverend Frank G. Del Prete has been appointed Promotor of Justice for clergy cases in the Archdiocese of Newark, effective immediately, while remaining Pastor of Saint Gabriel the Archangel Parish, Saddle River, as well as Judge and Defender of the Bond in the Metropolitan Tribunal.
Reverend William Francis Benedetto has been appointed part-time chaplain at Overlook Medical Center, Summit, effective November 1, 2021, and part-time parochial vicar at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, Mountainside, with continued residence at Our Lady of Lourdes.
Itinerancy Renewed
Reverend Pedro E. Vilchez has had his release for itinerancy extended for a period of three years, ending on October 1, 2024.
