Clergy announcements for April 2024

Cardinal Joseph W. Tobin, C.Ss.R., announced the following appointments for April:

RENEWALS 

Father Paciano A. Barbieto has been granted another term to his pastorate at Our Lady of  Mount Carmel, Nutley, ending June 30, 2030. 

Father Esterminio Chica has been granted another term to his pastorate at Christ the King and Our Lady of Sorrows, Jersey City, ending June 30, 2029. 

RELEASE 

Fathher Zeljko J. Guberovic has been granted release for itinerancy to the Diocese of  Corrientes, Argentina for a period of three years, effective April 1, 2024 and ending March 30, 2027. 

Father Attilio Morelli has been granted release for itinerancy to the Diocese of San José,  Costa Rica for a period of three years, effective April 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2027. 

Father Máté Skublics has been granted an extension to his release to the Diocese of Eger,  Hungary, effective March 20, 2024 and ending June 30, 2027. 

RETIREMENT 

Father Raymond Labranche has been granted retirement from active ministry, effective  April 1, 2024.
