From the Archives: Honoring St. Maria Goretti, 1950

While Angelo Goretti attended the canonization of his sister, St. Maria Goretti, in Rome on June 24, 1950, his seven children who could not make the trip to Italy were invited by the Passionist Fathers to attend a Mass in her honor at St. Michael’s Monastery Church in Union City.
