Archdiocesan religious celebrate 2026 Jubilees

The Archdiocese of Newark is pleased to recognize 31 of its religious who are celebrating milestone anniversaries of their commitment to the Catholic Church in 2026. Together, this year’s class of religious jubilarians represent over 1,930 years of service to God in the Church’s parishes, schools, hospitals, and other ministries.

During February’s World Day for Consecrated Life Mass, Cardinal Joseph W. Tobin, C.Ss.R., Archbishop of Newark, compared the gift of consecrated life to the tropical rain forests that help renew our planet, saying that “big communities, little communities, strong and struggling communities, young communities, and communities that have accumulated many years, all work together, sometimes unconsciously, to allow this Church in Newark to breathe.”

We are grateful for these religious who continue to serve God’s people, sharing His love and compassion with the world.
