From the Archives: Blue Army Pilgrimage to Europe, 1954

Seventy-eight members of the Blue Army of Our Lady of Fatima, today known as the World Apostolate of Fatima, board a plane en route to Europe, where they will make pilgrimages to more than 20 Marian shrines in September 1954. At the top of the ramp is Rev. Harold V. Colgan, pastor of St. Mary’s in Plainfield and founder of the Blue Army.
