Archdiocesan clergy personnel announcements for December 2021
Cardinal Joseph W. Tobin, C.Ss.R., announced the following appointments:
Pastor
Reverend Monsignor Richard J. Arnhols has been given an extension to his pastorate at Saint John the Evangelist Parish, Bergenfield, ending June 30, 2023.
Reverend Camilo E. Cruz has been appointed pastor of Saint Patrick Pro Cathedral, Newark and Saint John Parish, Newark effective September 8, 2021 and ending June 30, 2027.
Parochial Vicar
Reverend Boniface Anusiem has been given an extension as parochial vicar of Epiphany Parish, Cliffside Park for three years, effective immediately and ending on May 31, 2024.
Reverend Frank J. Fano has been appointed parochial vicar of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, Ridgewood, effective January 1, 2022.
Archdiocesan Appointment
Reverend Luke Duc Tran has been appointed Coordinator of the Archdiocese Vietnamese Apostolate, effective immediately, while remaining pastor of Christ the King Parish, Hillside.
Renewals
Reverend James E. Starasinich has been given an additional three year release to the Diocese of Winona-Rochester, MN effective July 1, 2021 to July 1, 2024.
Reverend Carlos F. Flor has been given an additional six year release to the Archdiocese of Boston effective June 1, 2019 to June 1, 2025.
