From the Archives: Chinese New Year, 1986
Msgr. Joseph Chiang accepts gifts from a parishioner in traditional dress during a Mass for Chinese New Year on February 22, 1986. The Mass, celebrated at Holy Rosary Parish in Jersey City, drew participants from across New Jersey and New York.
