From the Archives: Rockefeller Center’s Tree from Immaculate Conception Seminary
A 70-foot Norway Spruce tree from the grounds of the Immaculate Conception Seminary campus at Darlington dangles from a crane as it is prepared for transport to New York City. The tree became Rockefeller Center’s official Christmas tree in 1982.
