Drawing from her extensive expertise, Christine will share practical tips and strategies to help you prevent falls and stay safe in your daily life.
Falling is one of the most common causes of injury, especially for older adults, but many falls are preventable with the proper knowledge and preparation. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn valuable information and take steps to ensure your safety or the safety of a loved one.
