ROME on Monday, Sept. 22: Enjoy an Orientation Tour of Imperial Rome. Celebrate Mass at the Basilica of Santa Maria
Sopra Minerva and pray before the relics of St. Catherine of Siena.
ROME on Tuesday, Sept. 23: Celebrate Mass at the tomb of St. Peter or a Grotto Chapel. Tour the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica. Pray at the tomb of St. John Paul II.
ROME on Wednesday, Sept. 24: Be present at Pope Francis’ General Audience in St. Peter’s Square. Visit and celebrate Mass at the Basilica of St. Mary Major. Visit the Basilica of St. John Lateran, the Holy Stairs and the Basilica of the Holy Cross in Jerusalem.
ROME on Thursday, Sept. 25: Visit and celebrate Mass at the Basilica of St. Paul Outside-the-Walls. Visit the Catacombs of St. Callixtus on the Appian Way.
ASSISI on: Friday, Sept. 26: Bus to Assisi. Celebrate Mass at the Basilica of St. Francis. Visit the Basilica of St. Clare – see her remains and the miraculous Crucifix. Visit the tomb of Blessed (St.) Carlo Acutis.
ORVIETO / SIENA on Saturday, Sept. 27: In Assisi, visit the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli. Bus to Orvieto. Visit and celebrate Mass at Orvieto Cathedral which houses the Miraculous Corporal of Bosena (which inspired Pope Urban IV to institute the Feast of Corpus Christi). Bus to Siena.
SIENA on Sunday, Sept. 28: Visit the Basilica of St. Francis and see the “Miraculous Hosts of Siena.” Visit the Basilica of St. Dominic and see the head of St. Catherine, a Patron Saint of Italy. Celebrate Mass at the Shrine of St. Catherine. Visit Siena’s Gothic Cathedral and Piazza del Campo.
FLORENCE / MILAN on Monday, Sept. 29: Bus to Florence. Tour the Accademia (Michelangelo’s David), Piazza Del Duomo, and Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Celebrate Mass at the Church of the Holy Cross. Bus to Milan.
MILAN on Tuesday, Sept. 30: Orientation Tour of Milan. Visit and celebrate Mass at the Milan Cathedral dedicated to St. Mary of the Nativity. Visit the Refectory of Santa Maria delle Grazie & Da Vinci’s Last Supper (viewing subject to confirmation).
